Special Conditions of Booking
All trains and facilities offered are subject to availability. Whilst we will make every effort to run as advertised we reserve the right to introduce alterations without notice. Refunds will only be granted in special circumstances. Cancellations and alterations may be subject to an administration charge of 10% of Booking cost. We cannot guarantee that seats will be allocated to children under 3 years old. Concessionary fares are not available. All our trains and building interiors are NO SMOKING.
Tickets may not be despatched until two weeks before scheduled departure, although we will endeavour to send them out as soon as possible.
