Volunteer recruitment drive

On the weekend of 10th & 11th January 2004, we're holding an open day on site at Chain Caul Road to show off our progress so far, and demonstrate our volunteer needs.  If you're interested in seeing how we've progressed, and believe you are able to help us continue with our project, why not come down?  We're running guided tours of the site at twenty minute intervals between 11:00 and 16:00 on the Saturday & Sunday.  Hot refreshments will be available in our cafe area.

Note that you will have to remain as part of the guided tour.  As we're not open to the public, we cannot grant free access to the whole site.  We're not planning on steaming any locomotives as in previous years, but it's hoped that a Steam Roller will be finishing the car park surface throughout the weekend.

We hope to see you in the New Year! - We're at the end of Chain Caul Road on Riversway, Preston docks.  Turn left off Chain Caul Way at signs for Riversway Leisure Village.
