Site setup complete, work starts Monday

Ashworth Construction have now set up their workers facilities at the Chain Caul Road site, and work will commence on Monday morning (26th).  Initial efforts will be on leveling the ground of the workshop building and beginning foundation work.  Watch this space for updates.

AG2 gets a lick of paint

RSH 'Agecroft No2' has recently been aquiring a new coat of paint, ready for it's intended display during the forthcoming celebrations at Riversway.  Watch out for more news on the date of the event, to be confirmed shortly.  Agecroft has only recently recieved a new set of saddle tanks, after a substantial overhaul.  The event will be the loco's first public appearance since finishing work at Southport in 1997.  AG2 last appeared during the Preston Guild celebrations at Riversway in 1992.
